Japan Racing rims are only approved under the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) after they have undergone a TÜV inspection (German Technical Inspection Agency) in accordance with §21/19.2. A strength certificate is not available for JR Wheels. Only selected rims have a certificate.
